2, Pressing of rapeseed oil
Rapeseed after peel and juicing ,dried and get rape seeds, and then will crush rape seed after removal of impurities , after steps, such as softening and finally into the oil press to extract oil, get crude rape seed oil.The squeezing method advantage is process simple, easy to realize industrialized production, no chemical pollution, and easy separation. But at the same time rape seed nucleus is hard and oil yield efficiency is low, cake is the higher residual oil content in slag, and large energy consumption,make the machine shaft fracture easily deficiency, etc.
3, Supercritical fluid extraction method of rapeseed oil

Rapeseed oil after drying and crushing into the extraction kettle, carbon dioxide by high-pressure pump pressure, through the heat exchanger heating, making it both the diffusivity of a gas and liquid density of supercritical fluid, the fluid through the extraction kettle.After extraction of rape seed oil, into the separation column, after decompression, warming the rape seed oil and carbon dioxide separation.Supercritical fluid extraction method can low temperature operation, avoids the oxidation of unsaturated fatty acid decomposition.
